The concepts by means of which we represent what we know about the objects of the world are constituted by semantic features. The concepts that share many features form categories (animals, fruits, furniture, etc.). However, the weight of the features is not homogeneous within each concept. Besides, not every concept within a category is equally central or prototipical. In the following experiments, some special characteristics of the organization of semantic representations will be shown.
